Someone ripped our Obama bumper stickers off our car
Last week when Rick and I were at King of Prussia Mall, we returned to the parking lot and found that our Obama bumper stickers had been ripped off our car. One sticker was a really nice round rubber bumper sticker from 2008 that I had to make (what was for me) a large contribution to get. The other was a paper bumper sticker which the Obama campaign was apparently sending out to all the 2008 donors. Fortunately, I received two of them and was able to replace one bumper sticker.
That round sticker will be impossible to replace; we’ve been driving around with it for almost 4 years, including some deep red state areas—-southern Ohio and Indiana--with no problem.
My response was to make another online donation to Obama campaign and to buy several more bumper stickers. Has anyone else out there had his experience?

ReplyDeleteI recently was told that democrats need not apply to local government jobs, I thought this was a rumor I have heard over all these years, apparently it is true. I still, at my elderly age, am shocked and appalled by the tactics of the right.

I found this because i was looking for the "that Obama sticker might as well say your stupid" and just had to read the comments. cant add anymore truth to what the above two poster submitted. id tell you to go shoot yourself but your probably to stupid to own a gun let alone know how to operate one. on another note, why do you own a toyota when GM is Obama's lovechild. you should really wash it.
ReplyDeleteDuring the 2008 campaign, I had someone make a derogatory remark about then-candidate Obama, using the "n" word, after he noticed my bumper sticker. I still feel a shred of shock when I think about it. I'm in southern WV, and can only dream of living someplace where the debate would be between a leftie and a liberal. But I'm president of our county Democratic women's group, and we're looking forward to four more years.
